How long does the warmth last?
The AURA Self-Warming Patch is designed to deliver gentle, comforting warmth for up to 12 hours. The AURA Warming Gel is coming soon.
Can I wear the patch discreetly under clothes?
Yes. The patch is soft, wafer-thin and discreet, designed to sit comfortably beneath everyday clothing so you can move through your day with ease.
Is AURA drug free?
Yes. AURA products are drug free and non-medicated. They are plant-based cosmetic products, thoughtfully formulated for comfort and sensory experience.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
AURA is formulated for skin contact using considered, skin-conscious ingredients. As with any cosmetic, we recommend patch-testing first and discontinuing use if any irritation occurs.
What is CBDAe?
CBDAe is a stabilised, cannabinoid-derived cosmetic ingredient at the heart of the AURA Self-Warming Patch, selected for its purity, stability and suitability in skin-contact applications.

Standard delivery arrives within 3–5 working days and is complimentary on orders over £35.

What is your returns policy?
Your first AURA order comes with 14 days from delivery to decide whether it’s right for you. If you’ve used one pouch or fewer, return the rest to us within that time and we’ll refund your order (return postage is at your own cost). On any order, you can also return unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every transaction is secure and encrypted from start to finish.
Can I amend or cancel my order?

The AURA Self-Warming Patch is made in the UK. It is non-medicated and has completed its UK cosmetic safety assessment.
Are your products tested on animals?
Our finished AURA products have not been tested on animals.
What other ranges are coming?
AURA is our beginning. Over time, CLEIR will thoughtfully expand into new areas across wellness, skincare and everyday body care, always science-led and ingredient-honest.
