How long does the warmth last?

The AURA Self-Warming Patch is designed to deliver gentle, comforting warmth for up to 12 hours. The Warming Gel offers comforting warmth on application — reapply whenever you like.

Yes. The patch is soft, thin and discreet, designed to sit comfortably beneath everyday clothing so you can move through your day with ease.

Yes — AURA products are drug free and non-medicated. They are plant-based cosmetic products, thoughtfully formulated for comfort and sensory experience.

AURA is formulated for skin contact using considered, skin-conscious ingredients. As with any cosmetic, we recommend patch-testing first and discontinuing use if any irritation occurs.

CBDAe is a stabilised, cannabinoid-derived cosmetic ingredient at the heart of our AURA formulation — selected for its purity, stability and suitability in skin-contact applications.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery arrives within 3–5 working days and is complimentary on orders over £40. Express delivery arrives the next working day when ordered before 3pm.

Always. Every CLEIR order is sent in plain, discreet packaging with no visible branding describing the contents.
We currently ship across the UK, Ireland, France and Germany, with more destinations arriving soon. Shipping options are shown at checkout for your region.
Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status anytime from your account.

Returns & Payment

What is your returns policy?
We offer free 30-day returns on unopened products. If something isn’t right, contact our team and we’ll make it simple.
We accept all major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Every transaction is secure and encrypted from start to finish.
If your order hasn’t yet shipped, get in touch as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it for you.
